Foreword

In this tutorial I'm going to assume you've got a linux box (be it a Raspbery Pi, a Beelink T4 like me, an Odroid etc.) with Ubuntu 24.04 and a LAN connection set up with a static IP and wired to the internet via your internet router.

Tutorials for those are everywhere. I'll focus on configuring the VPN tunnel with NordVPN and the iptables rule to send the Wifi traffic from the stations to the designated country at the other end of the VPN tunnel.

NordVPN

I'm not sponsored by NordVPN, I just happened to gave gotten it with a good deal and then found it good and reasonably priced enough to stick with it.
